After its formation, V2MC entered into an exclusive strategic partnership with its capital partner, Fundamental Advisors, an established alternative asset manager focused on municipal and public purpose investing. V2MC primarily specializes in asset-based lending, targeting both tax-exempt and taxable investment opportunities in health care, housing, education and infrastructure.

V2MC was founded by Charlie Visconsi and Ron Van Den Handel in July 2024. We bring over 50 years of combined experience in the municipal bond market and have separately served as lead banker on transactions totaling over $30 billion. We previously held senior roles at large broker-dealers, as well as senior investing positions in non-rated municipal private debt transactions that serve key community needs, often for underserved communities from a funding and capital perspective.
